Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen delays. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect address information may delay delivery.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend the package.

Local Pickup

Customers who select local pickup will receive pickup details once the order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification unless otherwise arranged.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
