CowBoy Sway does not offer refunds at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the concern and determine if an exchange is available.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We only accept exchanges for eligible items returned in the same condition they were received. To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• unworn
• unused
• unwashed
• free from damage
• in original condition

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.

If you need to request an exchange, please contact us first for approval and exchange instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the exchange is approved.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless otherwise stated
• Exchange requests may be limited based on product availability
• Custom, final sale, or promotional items may not be eligible for exchange

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
